  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing MeetLouisBar.com, you are entering into an agreement with Fun With Style Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Company”, and you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), whether or not you become a registered user of the Service. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time with or without notice to you.
  2. Use of Website You must use this website in compliance with all laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which you are located. The Company does not accept any responsibility or liability for any action you may take as a result of using this website.
  3. Age Restrictions You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
  4. Your account If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that The Company is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. The Company and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion. The Company does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use info@wowanyone.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
  5. Health Declaration By agreeing to these terms, you represent that you are in good health and physical condition to participate in dance lessons and activities. If you have any doubts about your health condition or physical ability to engage in physical exercise, it is your responsibility to seek medical advice and/or obtain a doctor’s clearance before participating.
  6. Third-Party Vendors The Company may recommend third-party vendors and while we hope you have a great experience with these vendors, we cannot be held liable for their services or advice. The sharing of your information with such third-party vendors, including contact information, health, and mental health information, diet, nutrition, and exercise data, is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to evaluate the privacy policies and terms of use of these third-party vendors.
  1. Privacy By using the Services, you agree that the Company can use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Links To Other Web Sites Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Intellectual Property Rights The design, content, and arrangement of the website, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), as well as the intellectual property rights therein, are owned, controlled, or licensed by the Company. Unauthorized use of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  4. User-Generated Content You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, post, or store through the website. You grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and use any content provided through your use of the website.
  5. Spin to Win By spinning the wheel, you agree that the Company can use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You also acknowledge, understand, and agree that ONLY ONE PRIZE MAY BE USED PER PERSON. We have tried to limit the number of times a person can spin the wheel by restricting each email address only to receive one spin, but if a person uses more than one email address, that person may only use ONE PRIZE CODE. When you enter your email address and spin the wheel, you will be added to our mailing list and you will also receive your PRIZE CODE via email.
  6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the website. The Company makes no claim to be, nor should be construed as, a provider of medical, legal, financial, or any other professional services or advice beyond the scope of dance coaching and instruction.
  8. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the website, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) content posted on the website.
  9. Dispute Resolution Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the website will be submitted to confidential arbitration in Nevada, except that to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the Company’s intellectual property rights, the Company may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court
  10. Class Action Waiver Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Employer agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
  11. Severability In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
  12. Entire Agreement These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Company and govern your use of the website, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms).
  13. Assignment These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned by the Company without restriction or consent.
  14. Geographical Access The Company is based in the United States, in the state of Nevada. We make no representations that the website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you access the website from a jurisdiction other than Nevada, you agree that you do so on your own initiative, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable to your use of the website.
  15. Exclusion of Third Party Rights These Terms are for the benefit of the parties to the agreement and are not intended to benefit, or be enforceable by, any other person or third party.
  16. Statute of Limitations You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
